	Friday the 5: th of May at 17.00 is the opening of the installation. In the showroom of Cirkulationscentralen we invite the visitors to compose a meal by drawing a plan for an allotment on an area equivalent to the showroom floor. Instructions for how each crop should be prepared for the meal shall also be put to the plan. To the visitor’s disposal are: plant expertise through organic farmer Maria Lindmark and Henric Stigeborn, pens and markers and written information on various vegetables and edible plants. After the weekend in Malmö, the plan for the allotment will be executed on the grounds of Kultivator, some 300 km northeast of Malmö. During the summer the development of the allotment can be followed at www.kultivator.org. Visitors participating in the planning of the allotment receive an invitation for a dinner at Kultivator that will take place when the crops are ready to harvest. Calculated time is mid August; precise notice of date will be given by mail to the participants two weeks in advance.
